If you already have a property, maybe it is your own home or an investment, but it needs some renovation, no matter how little or how small, then I also project manage renovation work.

This includes arranging quotes for the work, advising on the renovation process, helping with the design and layout of the property, organising materials and tradesmen and everything in-between… basically a full end to end project management service. 

Project Management fees typically start at 10% (depending on the project), however because I am always working with a brilliant team of builders, we find that 9 times out of 10 our quotes (inclusive of my project management fee) are highly competitive compared to other quotes that our clients receive.
