I look forward to sharing a day with you, packed full of all things HMO, investing, property & renovation.

We will take a look around a couple of my HMOs & projects, discuss a variety of topics around HMO’s & property investing & renovation and help answer any questions that you might have.

The day will aim to cover:

• Finding a HMO & financing options 
• Budgeting
• The step by step process for renovating
• Things to consider when renovating a HMO
• Where to buy and source fixtures and fittings
• How to advertise & find tenants
• Managing a HMO
• And of course any other questions that you might have!!

Location – South Manchester (exact location to be provided closer to the time)

The groups will be kept small and intimate, which will allow the day to be flexible and tailored to the group.
